There shouldn't be a significant difference as in both cases DDR is put in self-refresh, but at the moment there are no figures available for LPDDR2.

I can understand for #2.

For #1, I think there are some differences between DDR3 and LPDDR2.
Because, the frequency of DDR3 and LPDDR2 are different, therefore the throughput is different.
