TMS320C6203BZNZ300 pinout question

In datasheet I can only find cad and pinout for GNZ package.

Is the cad file for GNZ package located on product page the same cad drawing that ZNZ package?

If not, do you have access to cad drawing for the TMS320C6203BZNZ300?

Is the pinout from datasheet GNZ package the same pinout that ZNZ package?

Hello Rogerio,

The ZNZ package drawing is missing in the TMS320C6203B device datasheet. You can find it in the below link.

Moreover, the GNZ and ZNZ package are having same pinout and package dimensions. So you can use the GNZ CAD file for ZNZ as well.
