I'd like to re-initialize MDIO module in order to search the PHY connected to MDIO. I'll clear to 0 in ENABLE-bit of MDIO Control Register. Then I'll set to 1 in it and configure PREAMBLE and CLKDIV concurrently. I think this operation leads to start searching for the PHY by MDIO module. Do I also need to re-initialize EMAC subsystem module by setting SOFTRESET Register?
