Booting a X66AK2E05 in 'Min' NAND mode.

Hello,

I'd like to free-up some GPIOs on my X66AK2E05 design by setting the MIN bit in the DEVSTAT register and, although it appears to work fine on my prototype, I can't find anything in the documentation to confirm what SYS PLL setting is being used in this state.

I'm using a NAND boot device, so I'm setting-up my BOOTMODE pins to make DEVSTAT [4:0] = 10111

The datasheet (SPRS864D page 137) states that ' Default values are assigned' when MIN=1 but apart from the CLEAR bit, there are no default values given for the other bit-fields.

Could you tell me what the SYS PLL field defaults to in MIN mode?

Regards,

Richard
