Using video port without CAM_HD

Hi,

Im using my DM355 with a CMOS Sensor. Although, this sensor does not have a HSYNC signal, just VSYNC and HREF.

I design a PCB with the following connections:

DM355                         CMOS SENSOR

CAM_VD                         VSYNC

CAM_HD                        floating

CAM_WEN_FIELD            HREF

This does not work. So, i short-circuit HREF in order do connect HREF to CAM_HD and everything works fine, but i do not want to have a short-circuit cable on my PCB.

There is some way that i can interface an CMOS SENSOR with the DM355 without use CAM_HD pin?
