We do have a strange problem in our custom board explained below
- DMVA2 ISIF is not grabbing anything on to the capture buffer.
- All the signals from sensor is ok and even the software is streaming using the default junk content in the buffer (Green/Pink video)
- This happens on some 10% of our assembled boards
- We were able to recover by processor replacement in most of the boards
- On our analysis an increase in temperature gives this issue in working boards as well
- But some of the the boards its happening at lower temperature
- If we keep the non-working board under very low temperature, then it will deliver proper frames
Below is our test case
AR0330 (sensor) ---> ISIF ---> Buffer save (Test)
FF pattern (Buffer contains default cleared value (AA))
(Working case we will get proper FF pattern)
- We are using APPRO IPNC 5.1 frame work
- Capture from the sensor is 1080P and use-case resize it to 720P_720P dual stream
- We are running our PLL's on datasheet recommended max values (Even tried reducing it. But no success)
Any clues on what might be happening?
