AM437x EVM Matrix GUI Demo exit

We have purchase a AM437X EVM from TI done by Mistral Solutions. We have the Matrix GUI Demo but we have not be able to exit the GUI for the normal working with Linux prompt. We are not able to see any information on the Debug Port both in Windows and Linux 12.04 Terminals. Please help.

I'm sorry your jpg is very low resolution and i can't read it. Are you sure the terminal is connected to J9 UART port on the EVM?

Have you connected to the UART port as shown in the http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Sitara_Linux_SDK_Getting_Started_Guide

BTW, I assumed you are using the EVM as shown in above link???

If its POM from Mistral, please refer to their software user guide for setup of serial port. You mya write to am437x@mistralsolutions.com if you need specific info.

My recommendation is to follow the getting started guides very carefully and let us know if there is any issue on any step...

Yes, it is connected but we are not seeing any messages on the Debug.
