omap3530 ISP camera suspend and resume - on kernel 2.6.22

Hi all,

We are working on kernel 2.6.22 ISP driver with suspend and resume functions. The suspend and resume functions are crashed the kernel while disabling the ISP function clocks and interface clocks. The suspend and resume functions are working fine if the ISP function clock and interface clock are untouched. 

Also we have noticed that the 2.6.29 OMAP3530 kernel, during suspend and resume, disable/enabling of the ISP clocks are left un-touched (ISP clocks are remains active during suspend).

Could any one please suggest that...., any issues are there while disabling/enabling the ISP clocks during suspend and resume?

Suggestions are welcome.

    Hi Senthil,

     

    I believe when you are referring to kernel version 2.6.22 and 2.6.29, they are mapped to PSP1.x and PSP2.x release. Did you do any changes in driver code? As far as I remember I think in both the releases the suspend/resume is supported. Can you also provide kernel crash log for reference? Also share the exact steps you are using here.
