I want to build c6713 testcase on ccs 3.3, So I need a c6713.cmd file for it . Can you give me the configure file ?thanks

You can also find the *.cmd file in the following CCS installed directory.

C:\ti\ccsv5\ccs_base\arm\include

PS: Please try to use the latest CCS IDE (CCSv5.5 or CCSv6).

Alternatively you can find C6713.cmd file at below mentioned location.

C:\ti\ccsv5\ccs_base\c6000\include

P.S - As Titus suggested you should try to install latest CCS v5 or later.
