how to boot from emmc boot0 partition

hi All,

I'm trying boot from emmc boot partition 0 (mmcblk1boot0) on BBB, not able to achieve yet.

Is it possible on BBB ?

Please suggest any document or links which help me to achieve

Hi,
BBB will boot from eMMC by default.

Are you using custom board based on AM335x or BBB ?

The am335x boot ROM only boots from the eMMC user area. It will not boot from the two boot partitions.

Thanks for you response

BBB will boot from emmc by default as you said, but it will boot from the partition we create in user area with FAT type partition not with mmcblk1boot0 partition which created by hardware by default.

Is there any way to make changes, so that ROM code will point to boot partition zero (mmcblk1boot0) for booting ?

My requirement is to boot from boot partition 0 i.e mmcblkboot0 is there any way to achieve it by contacting TI directly or referring some documents ?
