AM335x POH Reliability Data for Nitro version

Hi,

Our customer wants to use 1GHz version of AM3352 in their industrial application.
And the required temperature range is -40°C to 90°C(industrial).

We are confused there there is no option of device selection for
1GHz(nitro) @ Industrial temperature range.

The only option we have is to choose Extended (-40°C to 105°C)
in which case the Lifetime(POH) is reduced to extremely low (37K).

Which indirectly means we cannot choose AM335x (1GHz) for industrial applications.

I will ask for confirmation on this, but I think that if you use the Extended temperature range part (-40°C to 105°C) within the Industrial temperature range (-40°C to 90°C), then the POH will be extended as shown in the above table.

If customer buys AM3352 1GHz extended temperature grade and uses it only under industrial temperature limits, the POH will be 100K like table above.

The answer provided by Biser and Rogerio is correct, but your customer must maintain a junction temperature less than 90 degrees Celsius for this operating condition to achieve 100K POH. This application may require special thermal management and/or lower ambient operating conditions. I recommend they perform a thermal analysis of their product to verify the junction temperature never exceeds 90 degrees Celsius. Please make sure they read the AM335x Thermal Considerations wiki.
