How to discard the current frame in the capture link data?

If you dont want to send a perticular frame in capture, you can qneueue it back to the driver in the capture link without sending to the next link..

what did you change in this function? This is correct function and it should, you just need to enqueue back the frame, that you want to drop, to the driver using FVID2_queue without forwarding it to the next link. There is some code which puts frame to the output queue and sends NEW_DATA command to the next link, so this should not be done for the frams you want to drop.

which frames you want to discard?
In the capture link, when you get the frame from the driver, if you dont want to process them, just dont forward it to the next link. enqueue it back to the driver.

i want to discard some frame what i like such as 20fps 15fps or any fps , dm368 can discard any frame use a discard buffer?

There is an ioctl to set the drop frame mask in the capture link. out of 30 frames in a second, you could inform the driver what all frames you want to discard. Call this ioctl from the capture link, set the rate you want and frame will be discarded.

Yes, that's correct ioctl.

frameSkipMask is a 30bit value indicating 30fps capture. Set appropriate bits to drop that frame and accordingly get the frame rate. Lets set if you set alternate bits, frame rate will become half.
