About the abnormal Num light signal removing and plugging the USB keyboard (on TI DM8148 platform)

Dear All,

When we applied our D520 thin client model, which is designed with TI DM8148 platform, we had found the opposite indication problem of “Num light” signal after removing and plugging the USB keyboard:

Below are the problem scenarios:

(1)   When the “Num light” was off: The entry of “number” is allowed.

(2)   When the “Num light” was on: The entry of “up/down/left/right”, “Home”, and “End” buttons are allowed.

The above problem did not happen after booting. But it did happen after doing the removing and plugging actions of the USB keyboard. We had applied Ubuntu 11.04

and Thin-Client RDK RC3 and RC4. Please let us know if you have any recommendation. Thank you.
