Hello Tran,

The C6713 device is obsolete and no longer available for the new design. We would recommend you to use C6713B or the latest C6748 DSP.

The schematic symbol for C6713B device is available in the below link. Please note bxl file only is available for download, you need to install ultra librarian software to convert this to required format.
