DM385, VIP port failed to get date.

Platform is DM385   in   IPNC_RDK_V3.8.0.

I wonder  how  can  I  detect the VIP port to confirm  whether  there is a date out side  and read it out . 

So I can  check  the date from the decoder  is  right or not.
