Hi,

MKSDK Users Guide says use this for Updates from eclipse:

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/BIOS_MCSDK_2.0_Getting_Started_Guide?keyMatch=sdoemb&tisearch=Search-EN

http://software-dl.ti.com/sdoemb/sdoemb_public_sw/bios_mcsdk/eclipse/mcsdk2x

So I assumed that for mcsdk 3 it is:

http://software-dl.ti.com/sdoemb/sdoemb_public_sw/bios_mcsdk/eclipse/mcsdk3x

But it did not work!

Can somebody tell me the right URL for mcsdk 3 ???

Hi,
What processor are you using ?

This is the overall MCSDK release across single core and multicore devices.

www.ti.com/.../bioslinuxmcsdk

MCSDK 2 is for Keystone 1 devices, C6678,C6670.
MCSDK 3 is for Keystone 2 devices, K2H, K2E

I hope, you are using Keystone 1, so this is latest MCSDK release.

Hi Mehly,
Do you want to update the CCS IDE to later version ?
What is your current CCS IDE version?

To support Keystone 2 on CCS then you may need "emulation package" support for CCS IDE.

Check out the "dependencies" section in MCSDK release links.

Keystone 1 -> software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html
Keystone 2 -> software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

You can use this "emulation" installation files for CCSv5 to later version for Keystone device support.

Hi Titus,

I know all "manual" installation Software links.

I want to install MCSDK 3 for Keystone II Devices in a CCS v6.x from the GUI over "help->install new Software" like for the MCSDK 2 for Keystone I Devices in CCS v5.x

So that the right dependencies are solved by the eclipse installer.

How is the URL for MCSDK 3 to add to "Available Software Site"?

From our understanding, no such links available for MCSDK 3.x. You can install it manually. Thank you.
