Upgrading Toolchain for DM8148

Hello TI,

We have DM8148 based custom board. Our current version of C++ toolchain is “Sourcery G++ Lite 2009q1-203”

I’m wondering if we can migrate to some more updates Code Sourcery version.

Could you, please, clarify this for us?

Hi Krunal,

The last version of the DM814x EZSDK is 5.05.02.00 and it is tested with 2009q1-203. I have not tested the EZSDK with newer version, so I can not guarantee newer version will work fine. If you need to use newer version you should test it.

The PSP that comes with EZSDK 5.05.02.00 is 4.04.00.01. There is newer PSP 04.04.00.02 that has been tested with Arago Cross Compiler Toolchain v2011.09 with GCC 4.5.3.
