how does OMAP3530 run at OPP5?

Hello:

My Icetek mini board(Omap3530) run at OPP3 by using kernel 2.6.28 r18.

I shut down SmartReflex, and change VDD1 to 1.35V. BUT, the BogoMIPS always is 500MIPS, and the application DOESNOT run faster.

How can I run OMAP3530 at OPP4\OPP5, or overclock it???
