AM437x Internal LDO protection circuit

Hi,

I have questions about AM437x Internal LDO.

I already posted to the other thread as additional question but that thread's state was "Answered" to the first question.

So, I created new thread here.

I have questions as follows:

1.
When output pin(CAP_VDDS1P8V_IOLDO) had been overvoltage because of a short circuit,
is there a possibility which influences the input pin(VDDS3P3V_IOLDO) side?

2.
Does AM437x internal LDO have protection circuit ?

Hi g.f,

I will ask the factory team. In any case short-circuit on processor pins is not a situation which can be considered normal and must be avoided.

No, I don't. Factory support said they will need to contact the design team about this.
