XTCIEVMK2LX EVM specs

Hi,

I'm looking for specs on the 6630 EVM (part number XTCIEVMK2LX). Specifically, I am looking for details on the form factor (single/double AMC), number of processor chips, DDR, flash, available interfaces and their connector types (Ethernet, PCIe, Hyperlink, GPIO, JESD), and emulator setup (on board only or a JTAG header is available).

Is there a datasheet online that I can look up? I couldn't find any.
