As per the datasheet, AM3517 SDRC controller supports dual rank. It has two chip select pins and only one CKE pins. But all dual die LPDDR devices like MT46H128M32L2KQ-48 WT has two chip select pins and two CKE pins.
We have connected CKE0 of AM3517 to drive both CKE0 and CKE1 of MT46H128M32L2KQ-48 WT . Please refer attached schematics for your reference.
Kindly confirm if SDRC_CKE0 can drive both CKE0 and CKE1 of LPDDR (MT46H128M32L2KQ-48 WT).
