C6727B Vih

Genius 5785 points

Hello,

I'd like to know a specification of Vih on C6727B. The range is between 2V and DVdd. How does C6727B behave if the input voltage level is over DVdd due to receive momentary noise or stationary input? (The level is not over DVdd + 0.5V.) Can C6727B identify the high level correctly? Is C6727B I/O also damaged? Please give me the information.

Regards,
Kazu

  • Hello Kazu,

The Vih rating of C6727B is given in the recommended operating conditions. It is specified as 2V to DVDD.

When you are looking for input voltage level is over DVdd due to receive momentary noise, you can consider looking into the absolute maximum rating. For input voltages, it is given as DVDD+0.5V.

Please note if you are considering this rating for stationary input, it degrade your device operation and reliability.
