I have worked with beaglebone black lcd 16bit it worked fine.now my doubt is how to configure lcd as 24 bit mode

Can you please provide more details on the hardware and Linux version you are using?

OS used is Android 4.2.2 from your website.
Display i m interfacing is 1024x600 RGB Display. Display supports upto 24 bit
There is colour problem due to using 16 bit.
