OPKG cannot be gotten

Hello,

My customer wants to customize the rootfs with OPKG for AM437x.
However, the following link cannot be available.
http://lcpd.dal.design.ti.com/core-sdk/

Please let me know how can I customize the rootfs in SDK?
The SDK version is v8.
