Video frame loss before it reaches to encoder

Hello,

We have facing issue of random video frame drops before it reaches to encoder as per DVR RDK's statistics. Please give your inputs and suggestion to figure out what is the problem and how to resolve it?

Below is the detail of our hardware & software,

Processor: DM8148

Use case: 8 channel video capture, encode, display, decode(disabled). Please find attached use case file for detail.

DVR RDK version: DVRRDK_04.01.00.02.

Please find attached DVR RDK's statistics prints to debug frame loss issue. Let me know if you need any further detail on hardware or software.
