According to the description page, the "On-chip L1/SRAM" entry for TMS320C6655 states 128 KB.

It is my understanding that this single core device only has 64 KB of L1. Is there more L1 available than the 32 KB data and 32 KB program?

Hi,

Yes, Your understanding is correct, single core device only has 64 KB of L1. C6657 device have two DSP cores and C6655 device is single core DSP. Each C66x CorePac of the device contains a 32KB level-1 program memory (L1P), and a 32KB level-1 data memory (L1D).
