The TMS320C6474 Evaluation module has an AMC interface.

The Xilinx board has a SMA connector. 

1)   Does an AMC to SMA adapter board exist?

 

I did find an AMC/SMA breakout board but the breakout board has the male AMC edge fingers. 

2)  Is there an female to female AMC card allowing the breakout board to be connected to the DSP evaluation board?

    There is the Silicon Turnkey Express AMC to SMA Breakout card which is a AMC Male to SMA card.  I'd guess this is the one you located.

    I'm not aware of a Female to Female AMC Card, mainly because the connection is usually made between AMC cards via the backplane of the AMC Chassis.
