My application uses an AM3358 with micro-SD card interface to boot our Windows CE application software. The loading of the NK.BIN file is the largest single component of our bootup time and takes way longer than it ought to - more than 30 seconds for a 48Mbyte file... I am already running the clock to the SD card interface at its max rate of 48Mhz. Can anyone help me figure out how to get the AM3358 SD card interface to approach the expected 10Mbytes/sec transfer rate?
