mouse instead of touchscreen

i need to use mouse instead of touch screen, with reference to some PDF. I need to edit something in the target filesystem

in which location i can edit this

The script that you need to modify in your target filesystem is: /etc/init.d/matrix-gui-2.0

Which Linux SDK are you using? For SDK7.0 there is the following wiki guide: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../How_to_use_a_Mouse_instead_of_the_Touchscreen_with_Matrix

already i have this pdf.....if i open the editor, it shows some other thing than this......

I am sorry, but I do not understand what exactly is your issue, there is no pdf in the Sitara SDK. Could you please elaborate?

Do you need to enable a mouse support, instead of the Touch Screen in the AM335x SDK? If so, then when you boot your sitara board you can open the matrix-gui-2.0 init script using the following command:

cd /etc/init.d/

vi matrix-gui-2.0

Then do the modifications described in the Wiki pointed above.
