I am using the TMS320C6713 DSP Starter Kit (DSK) from Spectrum Digital. I want to create a Bandpass Filter for 60 Hz Line Frequency and want Zero Phase at 60 Hz. My question is with the Codec Register set (The EVM uses TMS320AIC23B)---my sampling Rate is 16 kHz and I want minimal  Group Delay. I would like to use Type 2 for DAC and Type 2 for ADC because this gives me 8 Phase delay cycles, but I am not sure how to set up that register correctly
