Where I can find more details about DDC/DDU, Farrow filter, maximal FIR filter order @ minimal decimation @ 48 channels?

Is DDC/DDU module  block diagram available?  

2 * PCI express: Is it possible to have 2 Root complex or Root complex + End point under Linux?
