Framerate in DVSDK Demo code when using 270MHz DM365 parts

All,

We have noticed the demo runs at 26-27 FPS vice 30FPS on our 270MHz boards.  It runs at 30FPS with 300 MHz parts on the same board so I have been digging for some sort of hardcoded value in the DVSDK, VPFE driver, etc.  Can someone help point me in the right direction or should this work independent of clock speeds???  We are using the TVP5146 to capture and encode composite NTSC color video to mpeg4 just to baseline the problem.
