ZCZ tray dimensions

Why is it so difficult (impossible?) to find dimensions for the tray used to ship ZCZ packaged devices as used by the AM335x family? Similarly there's no tape and reel specification to be found.

I've tried all the usual links for packaging information on the TI website, and I can only say that it is sadly lacking compared to a few years ago.

Hi Biser,

Thanks for that, but four weeks later I still haven't heard anything from your factory support people. I would still like to receive this information.
