We require thermal Model for TMS320 DM8168 Processor for thermal simulation to estimate the system thermal environment or power dissipation of the processor.

As described in the datasheet, some kind of thermal dissipative solution is required to maintain the required operating temperature range. To get thermal model, contact local TI support.
