We have been able to access our XEVMK2EX board via a COM port with Tera Term. However, just recently, our PC cannot recognize the serial port on the Tera Term, and we have not been able to access it via a terminal. We have tried accessing it with PuTTY through the same COM port, but we got an error the serial port does not exist. We have tested with another XEVMK2EX board from the same PC to see if it's an issue on our PC's end. We were able to access the other board through a COM port. Could this be a hardware fault on the first board's end?
