Now i'm working with dm365 EVM(revD) with dvsdk2_10, MV kernel 2.6.18.
And I integrate the mpeg4_hdvicp with following document.

After compiled, i excute encode demo with 720p component input.
I expect it encode with 30fps, but it's not over 28fps.
How can i change to get 30fps?
I've nothing changed without the guide.
