Step1: Go to http://www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware and click the "Manage Activated Software" tab. Click "Manage" for the product that you would like to download. If a download is available for your product, a link will be available and the sample page as below is shown:

Step 2: After you click "Download Full Product", it would take you to download link for windows/linux installer to download a software product in particular and the sample page is shown below for instance:

Step 3: Then, after clicking the installer link for the software product, it would take you to the "U.S government export approval" form which needs to be submitted and you would receive an email to activate the product for download, if you are approved, a DOWNLOAD BUTTON will appear. Please check the model US Government export  approval form before download is shown below for instance:
