SPI flash issue in DM8168

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CCSTUDIO

We have developed a Custom board using DM8168 Processor.

When we keep the boot mode switch in SPI Mode that is 10110 chip select is low but when we change the boot mode settings to any other mode chip select is high.

We are not able to flash from SPI,what might be the issue.

PLease anyone suggest.

  • Hi Harish,

You can flash the SPI chip from:

    1. Using CCStudio flash tool
    2. Using SD card
    3. Using EMAC/ethernet

    Which one you are using?
