Value of the CTRL_DEV_FEATURE register of AM437x?

Hi,

I think that I can distinguish AM4376/4377/4378/4379 by referring to CTRL_DEV_FEATURE register of AM437x, but become 0x22FF60FF when I refer to a present conditions register.
I do not agree in neither value of TRM 1.1.3 DEV_FEATURE Register Values.
Will this be because AM437x is not a mass production product?

The package of the device is following two kinds.
The value of CTRL_DEV_FEATURE register is 0x22ff60ff with both.
①XAM437XAZDN
②XAM437XBZDN100

Please check the AM437X Errata Rev. B, section 1.2:

(A) Non-qualified devices are marked with the letters "X" or "P" at the beginning of the device name, while qualified devices have a "blank" at the beginning of the device name.

An X-marked device is experimental device that is not necessarily representative of the final device's electrical specifications and may not use production assembly flow.

I understand that the value of DEV_FEATURE Register of XAM437XXXX is not same as the values of TRM 1.1.3 DEV_FEATURE Register, because XAM437XXXX is experimental device.
