Hello,

I learned that the following assignment is valid:

TimerID DMTimer

----------------

0 2

1 3

2 4

3 5

The CloudPinMux utility however assigns pins for timers 4 to 7.

To which DMTimer numbers do they correspond?

Or - to put the question the other way round - which pin would have to be selected by the CloudPinMux utility if DMTimer5 shall be used?

Are you using TIRTOS? If so, which version?

Also, which hardware platform?

I believe the Cloud Pinmux Tool is a new tool, and I'm not familiar with it. I'll find out who can help you with that.

Yes, this is true for SYS/BIOS. However, I'm not sure that this also applies to the Cloud Pinmux tool.

Hi Martin,

The pinmux tools should select the Timer pins as defined in the AM335X Datasheet Rev. H. Timer pins can be seen on page 64 of this document.
