K2H EVM HPC Autotest Issue

I'm attempting to run the autotest shown on this page: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/MCSDK_HPC_3.x_Getting_Started_Guide

The issue I'm having is that it keeps showing that the SSH keys have not been generated. I've attempted to copy the keys over using both ssh-copy-keys and ssh-copy-id, both of which are not installed in the kernel. I've even tried testing just on the one node and I'm getting the same error. Has anyone else had this issue? What would be the best way to fix this. I've considered redoing the whole installation process on the NFS server but I don't want to do that unless it is completely necessary.

One thing that could be causing the issue is that I don't have Hyperlink or SRIO setup yet. I'm waiting on a chassis to come in. Regardless, I would really like to resolve the SSH issue before the chassis comes in.

I'm VERY new to HPC and Linux so sorry if I haven't provided enough information
