change resolution of capture/enc link while running

I work with IPNC_RDK_V3.8.0

I run a capture and enc chains now. I want to change the resolution automatically .

If there is any way to change the resolution of the video I capture or change the enc parameter so that I can get a same result.

Now I save the resolution information about the video inside one pixel of the capture buf , and I can read it out .

But I haven't find a function to change the resolution of the video.

I can only change it in CaptureLink_drvCreateInst at the beginning.
