Recently I purchased EVMK2E and board I communicated with the TI team regarding data transreceiving using USB3.0 of the board to PC.
We tried the solutions suggested but the neither the board nor the PC is able to detect each other. Also tried boot mode. Windows and linux kernel were not able to detect. Wrtting driver was not possible as usb was not detected in device manager and lsusb command in linux also did not show presence of usb device. Also is the USB supported by the board? If supported it should show up in the boot process it does not show there also.
Basically we need general data transfer between board and PC. simply PC should pop out message that some USB is connected and ready to use.
So do can we conclude USB1 of EVMK2E is not working?
Is the USB port1 of EVMK2E (usb version 3.0) functional or not.
