Hi,
The only Lollipop release from TI is for TI DRA7xxx EVM (J6 EVM) - REV G boards and later with ES1.1 silicon.
They just released Lollipop 5.1.1 :

Hi,
The product page is :
http://www.ti.com/ww/en/jacinto-6/?DCMP=omap-dra74xsample-130603&HQS=jacinto6&DCMP=TPS659039-Q1&HQS=hval-msa-asi-btwheel-150205-pf-jacinto6-en
You will need to contact TI or Digital Spectrum to get the Jacinto6 EVM board.
Other than that, it seems that beagleboard will release a new board with a similar SoC and Android Lollipop, the beagleboard-x15:

This board should be cheaper than the J6 EVM boards.
Regards,
We are not aware of any pre-release package. You can inquire at beagleboard.org once the Beagle-X15 is released. Adeneo Embedded plans to offer a Lollipop BSP for the TI AM57x EVM toward the end of this year, too.
