Horizontal and Vertical Scan signal for touch interface with AM4376 using I2C

Hey,

I want to interface my touch-screen with am4376. The screen having two signals named Horizontal Scan signal and vertical scan signal for touch may I know how to interface this signal with my processor (by any driver or bus).

Can this signal converted by any driver IC and read using I2C bus as normal touch touch-screen?

My touch-screen LCD is DLC0700WZG and  2Vickt.

Pin no. 23 and 24 for is Horizontal Scan signal and vertical scan signal for touch.
