How can i select PCIe clock source?

I am using EVMK2H As per this diagram PCie clock can be provided with two sources. One is from CDCM62008 and other is from AMC card. My question is how can I forcefully set it to be AMC clock. i.e writing 1 on sel line of MUX.

Hello Abdul,

You could select the PCIe reference clock from the AMC card by driving the PCIECLK_MUX_SEL high from the micro-controller. If you are not driving this pin from the micro-controller, then you could change the pull resistor option (R275 & R276) to logic high.

Thanks Senthil To which register should I write the value of PCIECLK_MUX_SEL. Does this mean I have to write an application for controller or there is another way to write to register.

I believe the BMC software controls the micro-controller operation and the BMC binaries are available in the below link.
