Video of the lower half becomes abnormal when insertion and removal of the video cable

Dear Ti experts,

We are working in DVRRDK4.0 with DM385,and we found a problem--when the video resolution is 1080P30,insertion and removal of the input video cable ,the  lower half of the output  video becomes abnormal,looks link have some jitter,and the uper half video is normal.
