    Welcome to the TI E2E forum. I hope you will find many good answers here and in the TI.com documents and in the TI Wiki Pages (for processor issues). Be sure to search those for helpful information and to browse for the questions others may have asked on similar topics (e2e.ti.com).

    You can download BSL example projects for C6713 from Spectrum Digital's website from the below mentioned link,
    c6000.spectrumdigital.com/.../revc

    You can import these sample projects and can do hands-on on them.

    For Target configuration file you can select on-board emulator of the 6713DSK. Select "Spectrum Digital DSK-EVM-eZdsp onboard USB Emulator" as your connection type and "DSK6713" as your device.
