We have a design based on the AM335x ICE 2.0 EVM. However. I cannot source the MT41J128M16JT-125 DDR3 RAM.
Can anyone suggest a pin-compatible replacement? I am not too concerned about the speed or size. I have found faster versions of the memory (MT41J128M16JT-107, MT41J128M16JT-093) but I am unsure if these can be dropped in.
Is the EMIF configuration done in the bootloader? I could not find any mention of of it in Section 26: Initialization of the Technical Reference Manual.
