Hi, I'm new at this.

I need to buy the TMS320C6678 device.It is the first time that I will incorporate my application in a dsp.
I  only used simulators CCS, now I want to buy the device. I want to run the application directly on the hardware, on that device.
For this, I only need EVM?
If I buy TMDSEVM6678L I will run the application directly on the dsp device, for run the application I will can connecting device with a computer?
